Cancellation
A nonrefundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service, with the remaining balance due at the end of your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment when rescheduled within this window. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. A new $25 deposit will be required to book another appointment. Late Policy: There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your service may need to be adjusted based on the remaining time. After 30 minutes, nail art/designs will be removed from the service to ensure proper structure and timing. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance and will require a deposit to book future appointments. Thank you for respecting my time and schedule.
